Final Reminder for Payment and Documents

Guys, for those of you who have not already provided your payments and documents (and you know who you are) here is a quick reminder of what is needed by Thursday 23rd June:


£220 for the main trip
£20 for Disney
£10 for T-Shirt
€40 (Cash) for buying Fuel & Food in France
EHIC (E111)
Insurance Documents
Passport
Spending Money (if you want the Adults to look after it)


And REMEMBER... if you don't produce the above items you won't be going to France. Simple!

IMPORTANT INFO: Change to the Departure Details

Guys, here is some important info about the departure of the main party from Llay British Legion:

Due to the Coach not being available as soon as we had hoped please ensure you come to Llay British Legion at  9:30 pm with all your luggage. We will then load up and depart straight away.

Please ignore any previous instructions for bringing your luggage earlier as the Coach will not be available for us until 9:30 pm at Llay British Legion.

Hi Everyone, the timetable of events for this years trip to France & Belgium is starting to take shape. It is subject to change but so far it looks like this:

Fri 24th June: Advance Party arrive and set up camp
Sat 25th June: Main Party arrive at Camping du Château et de l’oseraie
Sun 26th June: Parade Practice & Visit to Mametz Memorial
Mon 27th June: Lochnagar Crater Maintenance Work
Tue 28th June: Day Trip to Disney Resort Paris
Wed 29th June: Tyne Cot Cemetery & Menin Gate Parade (Belgium)
Thu 30th June: Practice for the main parades
Fri  1st July: Parades at Lochnagar, Thiepval, Ulster Tower & Beaumont Hamel
Sat 2nd July: Shopping & Pack up camp
Sun 3rd July: Return to UK
